We all want to be great at our jobs. We want to be the best but that doesn't mean we have to be perfect. Perfection doesn't exist. Try to get things done by aiming for excellence rather than perfection.
Work is important, but it doesn't mean that it has to be your whole life. You have to set boundaries and unplug when you need to. Otherwise, your work will bleed into your personal life. Over time you won't be able to make the distinction between the two.
Unlike other necessities in our life for some reason, we see exercise as optional. It should be a part of our routine no matter how busy we get. We need to remind ourselves that, being busy all the time won't make us productive, but being in a good state of mind will.
I'm not saying that you're unorganized, but there's a chance that something in your routine might be making your life actually harder. Maybe it's time for a change. Delegate your tasks and actually ask for help instead of letting everything pile up.
