healthy habits to
drink enough water
I know this might sound so straightforward, but a lot of people actually don't drink enough water. I actually have a water app so I can keep track of how much I'm drinking.
Working out should be a part of your life. You shouldn't see it like it's optional. Think of it like it's one of your chores. Trust me more you workout, the more you're going to get used to it and love it.
have rest days
This is one of those things its self-explanatory, but sometimes we don't listen to our bodies. Resting is just as important as working out. Don't over do it. You will be agitated and tired at the end.
cook or prepare
Trust me I'm not a good cook either, but there are so many choices out there these days so you can try and have healthier choices at home. You can use Hello Fresh, Blue Apron, or already prepped meals services like Freshly and others. It will save you money and keep your gut healthy.
no syrups on drinks
I know we all love our pumpkin spice or holiday-themed lattes from Starbucks, but trust me they are loaded with sugar. I mean like a ton. Always make sure to ask to remove those flavors and pumps before checking out.
dont skip breakfast
I know sometimes we get busy or we honestly just don't feel like eating, but having something small for breakfast will result in not having a big lunch. It also affects how you perform in the morning.
