Be active

You don’t have to hit the gym like you usually do you could do something else like swimming, running or hiking. Something that you don’t usually do to mix up your routine and revive yourself.

Get facial

 Facials feel great even much better than full body massage, You will feel rejuvenated. You can also just do your own version of facial at home with face masks and your jade roller. 

Unplug

Sometimes being too connected to the world make us feel overwhelmed and anxious. Taking a break from your phone or social media even just for a few hours will help you find yourself.

Sleep

I know how this sounds, but number one thing people sacrifice on an everyday basis is sleep. Hence they get frustrated or feel tired all the time. So take this day to get some extra sleep.
