Slow living gives you enough time between things on your schedule so you never have back-to-back meetings or lunches that you have to eat during a meeting.

Another great thing about slow living is that you have a work-life balance hence you have time for hobbies and sports. So take this time to figure out what you want to do.

more sleep

This doesn't mean you should sleep all day, but it means you now have no excuse to be sleeping less than 8 hours a day. Plus this will contribute to your health drastically.

no hustling

What I mean by that is you don't have to be working 24/7 or having multiple side hustles so you can make ends meet. Slow living is all about the quality of life.
