It keeps your heart, lung, liver and other organs working properly. It is also good for reproductive, vision, and immune system health.

It boosts the immune system and increases iron absorption from plant-based foods. It is also an antioxidant hence protecting our cells from damaging free radicals.

Omega 3

If your diet doesn’t consist of fish or anything seafood-related you should consider taking omega 3. It can improve eye health, fight inflammation, and lower the risk for heart disease.

Magnesium

It regulates various processes in the body, such as muscle and nerve function, heart rhythm, and glucose control. It also lowers blood pressure, helps prevent migraines, and benefits people with type 2 diabetes.
